DYXnet Grows by 30% During the First Half of 2011

Outstanding performance from MPLS private network and Contact Centre Outsourcing
Drive Group's strong revenue increase from local and international clients

DYXnet, Greater China's leading ICT (Information and Communications Technology) service provider recorded a strong 30% year-on-year increase in revenue during the first half of 2011 (1H2011). The encouraging performance was driven by outstanding performance from its MPLS private network service and Contact Centre Outsourcing business. DYXnet's Contact Centre Outsourcing business doubled its revenue in comparison with the first half of 2010, while MPLS private network grew by 20% during the same period.

"We are very pleased to see that DYXnet achieved such remarkable results in its MPLS private network and Contact Centre Outsourcing businesses," said Lap Man, Founder and CEO of DYXnet. "In addition to our numerous multinational clients, leading Mainland China's domestic enterprises are increasingly using our MPLS private network service to connect their offices, factories and retail shops across the country.

"In addition, we are sweeping the Contact Centre Outsourcing market, which is proving especially popular with local and international restaurant chains. Looking ahead, we will actively explore the South China market in addition to continuing the expansion of our East and North markets. We will continue to increase our investment in Mainland China to provide best-in-class solutions and enhance our service offerings."

The spectacular performance of DYXnet's Contact Centre Outsourcing business during the first half of 2011 reinforced its position as the group's primary growth engine. Currently the company has six contact centres in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing, with more than 1,600 contact centre seats. Customers are drawn from a wide range of industries including banking and insurance, restaurant chains, market research, and education. This reflects the group's best-of-breed technologies, efficient operations management and high-quality services. New customers include well-known Mainland China's domestic and overseas enterprises such as Guangdong Development Bank, Nielsen, Synovate, CSL, Kungfu and 85 Degrees Cafe.

DYXnet's MPLS private network service also recorded a steady growth, with 20% year-on-year growth during 1H2011. DYXnet successfully signed cooperation agreements with a number of multinational and local enterprises of Mainland China such as GOME, New World Department Store, Polycom and Yahoo.

In addition, since the official launch of Cloud Dedicated Hosting (CDH) service in the third quarter of 2010 in Greater China, the service is now in full operation in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Through its virtualization technology, CDH service helps SMEs lower costs as well enhance productivity and data availability. Meanwhile, the latest value-added CDH services such as Cloud Data Safe (CDS) and vFirewall, both launched in July this year, also tailor for different customer needs across Greater China.
